My Father's Heart: A Son's Journey, 1993-2013

This series contains materials related to Steve McKee's memoir, My Father's Heart, which discusses his genetic predisposition to heart disease and his father's death. It includes genealogical research, information on heart disease, drafts of the memoir, publication information and promotion, a play adaptation of the memoir, and correspondence. The bulk of the material is from 1993-2011, but the oldest genealogical documents date from 1896. The majority of the materials are print documents, with a few photographs and DVDs.
