This collection contains documents on the construction, dedication and renovation of numerous structures on campus. It includes annual security reports, information on the individual for whom buildings were named, the campus landscape master plan, hazard communication plan, and the permanent art collection.

This collection includes documents from 1970 to 2018. It includes flyers and signs for Campus Ministry activities as well as programs for Gaudeamus, DeSales Chorale concerts, Prayer Services for Christian Unity and numerous special masses. Of special note are diaries from students' spring break service trips.

This collection consists of documents related to the work of the Career Services Office. It includes guides to internships for students, faculty and work supervisors as well as pamphlets on interview techniques,and resume and cover letter writing. Various versions of departmental newsletters are also available.
